Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with technical, client, and markets teams to develop winning bid strategies and proposals.
  • Driving proposal development, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Leading and facilitating bid workshops, reviews, and managing bid action plans.
  • Highlighting the GHD difference and challenging bid teams to develop compelling proposals.
  • Work across the winning work lifecycle from opportunity through to proposal and post submission activities.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the professional services, construction or property industries.
  • Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across an organization.
  • A proactive, organised and outcomes-oriented approach, with exceptional people and relationship skills with an ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Creative Suite also desirable.
