Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Support professional to join our team. As a Project Home Builder Sales Support, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service and ensuring seamless sales order administration.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle of customer orders, including responding to inquiries, processing sales orders, raising purchase orders, placing service calls, and liaising with manufacturers regarding stock and delivery timeframes.

You will also be required to regularly communicate with customers and applicable construction site supervisors on the progress of orders, deliveries, service calls, and any other issues that may arise.

In addition, you will need to ensure that the Transport Teams are informed well in advance of any delivery requirements specific to Project Home Builder customers.

Collaboration with relevant business units is essential to deliver a quality experience to all commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of customer orders
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Administer sales orders
  • Liaise with manufacturers and transport teams

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer service and/or administration
  • Knowledge of white goods, with an understanding of plumbing products being highly desirable
  • High computer literacy with experience using MS Office and G-Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A team player
  • Excellent organisational skills
