Site Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Carpenter to transition into a Site Supervisor role.

This is a rare opportunity to work with a highly experienced Construction Manager and an in-house Training & Development Manager.

  • Manage daily site operations and construction workflows
  • Coordinate trades, suppliers, and materials to meet build schedules
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with regulations
  • Maintain regular, professional communication with clients throughout the build
  • Work closely with estimating, admin, trade allocation, and maintenance teams
About You

You'll bring the technical skills of your Carpentry trade background along with the drive to step up into supervision. Specifically, you'll have:

  • Proven experience in Frames & Trusses for a project home builder
  • Strong communication skills - articulate, professional, and approachable
  • A proactive, motivated mindset with good tenure in previous roles
