About the position:In this role, you're not just processing orders—you're making projects come to life. Reporting to our Administration Manager, you'll work alongside our Commercial Account Executives to deliver exceptional service to Project Home Builder customers and ensure every order runs like clockwork.
- Owning the entire sales order journey—from the first enquiry right through to delivery.
- Processing orders, raising purchase orders, booking service calls, and keeping stock/delivery timelines on track.
- Being the go-to communicator—updating customers and construction site supervisors on orders, deliveries, and any hiccups along the way.
- Coordinating with our Transport Teams to ensure seamless delivery for every project.
- Collaborating across departments to make sure our commercial clients have a five-star experience every time.
*Qualifications:*
- You've got a track record in customer service or administration.
- You know your way around white goods (bonus points if plumbing products don't scare you).
- You're tech-savvy—MS Office and G-Suite are your comfort zone.
- Details are your best friend.
- You can write and speak clearly, confidently, and professionally.
- You're a team player who's happy to pitch in and make things happen.
- Organisation is in your DNA.
