Aboriginal Mental Health Care Navigator Position

This is a key role for an Aboriginal Identified professional within the mental health sector. As part of our team, you will be working closely with local Aboriginal communities to deliver culturally responsive care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for navigating complex issues affecting the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal people. This includes developing effective strategies to promote positive health outcomes and providing support to individuals and families in need.

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with key stakeholders.
