Healthcare Liaison Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community in enhancing their health and wellbeing.

We design healthcare solutions that challenge traditional approaches, working in partnership with businesses, governments, and healthcare providers to address demand and empower individuals to take control of their health.

The Get Healthy Information and Coaching Service is a groundbreaking phone-based program accessible to all Australians, aiming to engage mob in achieving health goals and optimising the management of their health status through behaviour change principles and service linkage.

As a Healthcare Liaison Officer, you will manage client enrolments into our healthcare programme, provide support to our Indigenous community in a call centre environment, and contribute to improving the health and wellbeing of hundreds of Australians.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client enrolments into the Get Healthy Information and Coaching Service
  • Supporting our Indigenous community in a call centre environment
  • Improving the health and wellbeing of hundreds of Australians
  • Collaborating with your team to support administrative tasks for the programme

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Connection to country and understanding of cultural safety and appropriateness
  • Demonstrated understanding of contemporary issues affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health
  • Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively
  • Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and organisations
  • Strong administration and time management skills, technical expertise
