Administrative Professional for Melbourne Office

Welcome to Fuse Recruitment, a leading specialist in the infrastructure and utilities industries. We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our client's team in their Melbourne office.
As an Administrative Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Confirming runsheets and reconciling external subcontractor invoices
- Reviewing and releasing postponed jobs as required
- Creating and matching purchase orders to confirm external tipping
- Ensuring accuracy of revenue by reviewing reports and initiating corrective actions

The ideal candidate will have a background in a similar administrative role, with experience working across accounts and admin combined. They must also be proficient in computer literacy and able to start with a week or two notice.

Please note that this is a contract position initially for 3 months, with the potential to extend. While working with this global brand, there may be opportunities to apply for permanent positions within the business.
