At Budage Pty Limited, we are seeking an exceptional Practice Administrator to join our top-tier Australian law firm in Melbourne. This is a permanent, full-time/part-time opportunity that offers a unique chance to provide high-level support to a Partner and their team within our Major Projects & Construction Practice.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct and high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Partner and team of practitioners. This includes managing general accounts, monthly billing, client reporting, and expenses with attention to detail, as well as undertaking conflict searches on firm data base and preparing conflict emails.

In addition, the role involves file management and handling, including the opening and closing of matters, and preparing client Work Orders and monitoring budgets. The Practice Administrator will also work as part of a cohesive team of Practice Administrators supporting the wider MPC team and be willing to step in and assist other MPC team members during busy periods.

To excel in this role, we require a candidate with previous experience in an administrative and/or secretarial role, ideally in the legal sector. A highly organised individual with meticulous attention to detail and strong multitasking and prioritisation skills, especially in high-pressure situations, is essential. A flexible and proactive approach with a demonstrable drive to contribute to the business's success is also required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as professional development opportunities and a dynamic working environment.
