About the Role:

Visy is seeking an experienced Business Development Account Manager to join our team in Sydney. This role will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts in the nominated Sydney Southeast territory while growing Visy's footprint through prospecting and new business development activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retail and grow existing business, and actively seek new business
  • Develop timely and accurate forecasts of customer requirements and carefully manage your territory utilizing Salesforce.com
  • Develop & execute sales strategies
  • Identify process improvement opportunities – be these in our own or in our customers' business
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders across a range of disciplines
  • Actively comply and contribute to OHS&E policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Relevant skills & experience gained through Internal / External Sales, Customer Service, or Account management
  • Experience in Packaging and/or Manufacturing would be highly regarded
  • Experience in B2B sales would be highly regarded
  • Exposure to customer relationship management systems (CRM) & well versed in the use of Microsoft products.
  • Autonomous with strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, solution focused
  • Clear, personable communicator with exceptional negotiation and relationship building capability

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary package in the range of AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience
