Senior Business Development Manager

About the Role
Coty is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to lead the Priceline Pharmacy account team, managing the Coty Consumer Beauty (Colors Cosmetics) and Luxury (Fragrances) portfolio. The successful candidate will develop a strong partnership with the customer, driving mutual sales growth through effective go-to-market strategies.
As a key member of our team, you will report to the Sales Director - Pharmacy & Grocery and be responsible for:
- Driving net revenue growth and developing comprehensive go-to-market strategies to drive commercial competitive advantage for Coty
- Building strategic plans to grow specified categories of business within the customer, delivering short- and long-term company, customer, and consumer objectives
- Developing strategic projects with the customer to deliver future growth of the business
- Extracting insights from data, identifying implications, and ideas for customer growth
- Guiding and coaching direct reports, empowering them to perform their responsibilities and meet their potential
- Coordinating the implementation of customer-specific promotion plans for leading Coty brands, liaising with Marketing/Demand Planning/Trade Marketing/POS and customer buyer and supply teams
- Preparing S&OP inputs detailing 3-, 6-, and 12-month forecasts and financial outlooks
- Working with Demand Planning to ensure external promotional proposals and internal promotional forecasts are aligned
- Analyzing customer EPOS data to track new product launches
- Conducting pre- and post-promotional P&L analysis on revenue/profit potential and results of promotions

Your Qualifications
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a National Account Manager, ideally with a background in Beauty or FMCG within the Pharmacy or Grocery channel
- You possess strong consumer/shopper insights, analytical, and numeric skills (e.g., Circana/Nielsen)
- You have experience in budget planning and P&L management
- You demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills, including interpersonal communication skills
- You possess a strong sense of individual accountability and can work autonomously while collaborating with other functional teams
