Key Responsibilities- Servicing and managing clients as directed by the Account Director
- Preparing client reports and presenting findings to stakeholders
- Liaising with underwriters, insurers, and other key industry stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Assisting the Account Director in developing and implementing client renewal programs
- Actively marketing WTW's services and developing new business opportunities
- Managing customer records and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve client queries and concerns
- Processing insurance closings, endorsements, and policy certification/wordings
- Claims management and resolution
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other key partners
- Experience in the insurance or insurance broking industry
- ANZIIF qualified – Tier 1 Insurance Broking
- Excellent technical skills in coverage and wording review
- Understanding and proficiency in claims management processes
- Experience with the placement and servicing of complex and multinational/global clients
- Intermediate proficiency in all MS Office products and Outlook
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated success in managing team and client relationships
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
