About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior AQIS Logistics Coordinator to join our team at DP World Australia Limited's Container Park Operations based in Sydney.

This key role involves planning and coordinating AQIS requests from 2PL/3PL customers effectively to minimize disruption to operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all AQIS services through Container Parks efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan and coordinate unpack jobs with third-party vendors.
  • Manage warehouse teams to ensure work is completed as per agreed timelines.
  • Liaise with AQIS directly on appointments to undertake AQIS directions.
  • Work closely with customers to ensure compliance with strict AQIS guidelines.
  • Ensure all duties and procedures are carried out in accordance with Australian Government DAWR regulations regarding import fumigation and tailgate inspection units.
  • Complete internal reconciliation with the billing team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years' industry experience in an AQIS/Transport related role.
  • High level organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven customer service skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate collaboratively and effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders and customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with conflicting priorities.

The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 to $110,000 AUD per annum depending on your experience and qualifications.
