About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics and Export Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating communication between rail and transport departments, focusing on rail exports and ensuring the timely delivery of containers before cut-off periods.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling deliveries of exports to terminal, creating releases and bulk run orders in Container Chain, and communicating with transport to ensure execution of export plans.

You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining export master plans, liaising with rail customers on any PRA issues, and utilizing 1-stop systems to check vessel receivals. Additionally, you will follow up and chase late receivals, maintain up-to-date reporting systems to ensure accurate billing and invoicing, and report as required.

The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and planning skills, high-level organizational skills, data accuracy and attention to detail, ability to manage time and projects efficiently, and computer literacy in Microsoft/equivalent systems and ability to learn and understand new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule delivery of exports to terminal
