About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AQIS Operations Coordinator to join our team at Container Park Operations based in Port Botany. This role will be responsible for planning AQIS requests from 2PL/3PL customers and ensuring effective execution to minimize disruptions to operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all AQIS services through Container Parks, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Work closely with third-party vendors to coordinate unpack jobs, maintaining efficient workflows.
  • Manage warehouse teams to guarantee work completion, upholding high standards of productivity and quality.
  • Liaise with AQIS to facilitate appointments and execute AQIS directions effectively.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers by adhering to strict AQIS guidelines and providing exceptional communication.
  • Ensure all duties and procedures align with Australian Government DAWR regulations regarding import fumigation and tailgate inspection units.
  • Conduct internal reconciliation with the billing team to guarantee accuracy and efficiency.
  • Plan and communicate operation requirements to yard supervisors and operations coordinators, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Develop and maintain key client relationships, driving business growth and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an AQIS/Transport-related role, with a proven track record of success.
  • High-level organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated customer service expertise and exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders and customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage conflicting priorities, and maintain a professional demeanor in fast-paced environments.
