Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-focused Tanker Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Port Macquarie. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Terminal Manager and contribute to the safe and efficient delivery of LPG products to customers across the region.

About the Role
  • This role involves ensuring accurate and timely deliveries while providing exceptional customer service onsite, loading and/or unloading LPG cylinder trucks, and participating in terminal operations, maintenance works, and general housekeeping.
  • The successful candidate will have experience in a similar Delivery Driver role, ideally with LPG or a similar industry, and hold a current valid Medium Rigid (MR) Licence.
  • A strong physical fitness level and ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including repetitive lifting of 25kgs and manoeuvring cylinders weighing up to 85 kgs, is essential.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure that deliveries are made in an accurate and timely manner while providing exceptional customer service onsite.
  2. Loading and/or unloading LPG cylinder trucks with a focus on teamwork.
  3. Demonstrating effective time management skills in relation to terminal logistics and daily tasks, including working autonomously.
  4. Participating in terminal operations, maintenance works, work order completion, and general housekeeping within the terminal.
  5. Contribute to safety reviews & activities including; HSE Meetings, training & paperwork requirements.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience in a similar Delivery Driver role ideally with LPG or a similar industry.
  • A current valid Medium Rigid (MR) Licence (Essential).
  • Current Forklift Licence (Desirable).
  • Strong physical fitness and ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including repetitive lifting of 25kgs and manoeuvring cylinders weighing up to 85 kgs.
  • Strong communication skills and a proven track record in customer service focused delivery roles.
  • Strong commitment to safety culture with a safety-first mindset.
Estimated Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
