Job Description:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Key Performance Human Resources Advisor to join our well-established, supportive HR team. As a Key Performance Human Resources Advisor, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve key business initiatives.
Your Responsibilities:
  • You will assess hiring needs, manage recruitment timelines, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
  • You will work closely and support the HR Business Partners.
  • You will distribute engagement surveys, gather and analyse data to identify trends.
  • You will perform personnel file checks to ensure compliance.
  • You will advise and coach on employment conditions, policy interpretation, and performance management.
  • You will conduct and review exit interviews, identifying trends as needed.
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Two years' experience in a similar role is required.
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and team is essential.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills are necessary.
