About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team at Accent Group Limited. Reporting to the Brand and Content Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in executing the brand and content objectives across various marketing channels.

Responsibilities will include briefing paid social brand campaigns, coordinating local brand and partnership content creation, developing organic social media channels, and ensuring global social approvals are scheduled and deadlines met.

A successful candidate will have 3+ years' experience in marketing, familiarity with end-to-end content creation, and the ability to interpret global guidelines with a local lens.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Brief Paid Social Brand campaigns across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Prepare Monthly Paid Social campaign performance results.
  • Coordinate local Brand and Partnership content creation requirements.
  • Work closely with Brand Marketing Manager on campaign photoshoots.
  • Develop, deliver, and grow the organic social media channels.
  • Weekly reporting of Social Media results.
  • Ensure fortnightly Global Social approvals are scheduled.
  • Assist in the Quarterly Influencer Agency brief and presentation.
  • Coordinate Influencer and Athlete product deliveries.
  • Work with Wholesale Account Managers on local omni-channel content requirements.
  • Deliver content & directives to Wholesale Key account managers.
  • Showroom/office VM/POP updates.
  • Build key relationships (Internal Agencies, Wholesale Sales & Marketing, Buying, Merch Planning, Finance).
  • Manage relationships with external agencies: Influencer, Partnership teams, Print Agency.
  • Marketing Budget admin and PO entry.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' proven experience in marketing.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end content creation.
  • Ability to interpret global guidelines with a local lens.
  • Up to date with the social media landscape.
  • Experience working with influencers and managing external agencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
