This role is for a 12-month contract. As a Lifecycle Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing personalized engagement and nurturing relationships that increase lead conversion and retention.

Foster strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across the business to gather insights and input for new journey development and optimization.

The role involves:

  • Collaborating with the Marketing Automation Manager to guide the integration and utilization of the CDP, establishing a strategic roadmap for personalized journeys.
  • Partnering with automation, content, and communications teams to develop and refine journey mapping and reporting.
  • Facilitating workshops to align stakeholders on content strategy, messaging, and segmentation.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end briefing process, collaborating with stakeholders and external agencies to expedite the deployment of marketing initiatives.
  • Providing insights and presenting on campaign progress based on reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborating with various teams responsible for acquisition, retention, and ongoing support to develop and execute marketing strategies.
  • Leading the Strategy and Requirements stream (lifecycle and design team), addressing challenges, blockers, and capacity issues.
  • Gathering problems to be solved and requirements from brand stakeholders.
  • Leading the data analyst to derive insights that support strategy.
  • Acting as the lifecycle owner for allocated brands, maintaining high-level customer journey maps.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to manage timing and ensure smooth execution.
  • Working with the Marketing Automation Manager to continuously refine outputs and ways of working.
  • Managing and leading a team to drive the strategy and requirements of campaigns.

About You

  • Previous experience in creating complex customer journeys from end-to-end.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a marketing or business discipline.
  • Experience using Marketing Automation software (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and analytics tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and articulate technical issues to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality results within timeframes.
