The Role

We're seeking a Professional Account Manager to join our Sales team. As a key member of our frontline team, you'll be responsible for retaining and growing revenue within an existing customer portfolio. Your primary objective will be to manage an assigned workload of customers, qualify opportunities, and successfully close deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively plan, forecast, and manage pipeline to ensure gap and upside plans are in place.
  • Manage a value-based sales cycle from qualification of need through to objection handling, negotiation, and closing sales.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to become a specialist on relevant buyers.
  • Strive to lift capability and improve performance.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Business Development/Account Manager/Sales Professional background with tangible experience.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and clients' expectations.
  • Experience working with Professional Services firms.
  • Expertise in managing a sales territory, including opportunity and CRM management.
