Key Account Manager Position

You are an ambitious, results-driven individual who is passionate about building lasting relationships with customers. As a key point of contact, you will foster strong, long-lasting customer connections.

Responsibilities

  • Grow your individual book of business within your portfolio of existing accounts
  • Regularly engage and communicate with your accounts to understand their needs and requirements
  • Develop cross-sell and up-sell opportunities by building relationships and identifying client needs
  • Analyze and respond to customer inquiries quickly and efficiently
  • Present solutions that meet customer requirements and exceed expectations
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and growth opportunities
  • Document relevant information for existing leads in Salesforce
  • Utilize Salesforce to track activities, forecast opportunities accurately, and communicate effectively
  • Stay informed about market conditions and competitor activity

About You

  • Have exceptional consultative skills, including clear communication, active listening, inspiration, confidence, and objection handling
  • Excel at influencing and inspiring customers as a customer advocate and product expert
  • Possess polished verbal and written communication skills
  • Be resilient and calm under pressure, guiding customers through challenges and escalations
  • Have a proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Have extensive IT knowledge
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree (preferred)
