The Opportunity
We're seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development / Relationship Manager to drive Mortgage Manager relationships, originate quality lending opportunities, and be a true partner to the third-party channel.
You'll be joining a high-performing team that values strategic thinking, a solutions-based approach, and above all – genuine relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage and grow relationships with Mortgage Managers
Drive loan volume growth through proactive BDM activities
Present product solutions tailored to our Third Party Channel/client needs
Work closely with credit and operations to ensure seamless service
Represent the brand at industry events, PD days, and networking opportunities
Provide market feedback to help shape product and process improvements
About You
Proven experience as a Relationship Manager within mortgage lending space
Proven experience in writing home loans
Understanding of credit, loan structures, and mortgage distribution
Clear communicator with a customer-first mindset
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment
Passionate about lending and making a meaningful impact
