The Polyglot Group is looking for a Business Development & Talent Consultant to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition Team.

Your Mission

This is a 360° consulting role focused on client acquisition, partnerships, and talent advisory. Recruitment skills can be learned; we're looking for someone with strong B2B and business development experience who's ready to make an impact.



What You'll Do
  • Pitch tailored recruitment solutions to C-level executives
  • Manage client relationships and unlock growth opportunities
  • Learn and grow in talent acquisition and sourcing
  • Stay ahead of market trends and represent our brand at events

  • Experienced in B2B sales, business development, or recruitment
  • A confident communicator who thrives on building genuine relationships
  • Motivated by KPIs and results-driven
  • Knowledgeable in business services and corporate functions
  • Skilled in pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
