Job Description:

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our organization, offering flexibility, empowerment, and a voice in driving the approach and ways of best supporting clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing an engagement strategy with Financial Advisers, understanding their business objectives, and working to offer solutions that meet client needs. They will articulate a value proposition reflecting the benefits the business can offer while servicing Adviser needs.

This is a field-based role where the individual will be empowered to manage their day and week. Key responsibilities include building relationships and increasing engagement with Advisers, passing feedback into the business around Adviser needs, and optimizing service and proposition.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to draw people in and open up conversations that get to the source of client needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Relationship Management or Partnership roles within Life Insurance, ideally with Financial Advisers.
  • Phone-based experience in Life Insurance who are ready to take the next step into a field role or those with a track record of working with Financial Advisers in Wealth Management.
