Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Relationship Professional to join our team.

About the Role

The primary objective of this role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.

This involves working closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies, negotiating agreements and managing customer accounts to drive business growth.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand customer base.
  2. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including meetings, calls, and correspondence.
  3. Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
  4. Provide training and coaching to colleagues on sales techniques and product knowledge.
  5. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to enhance product offerings and services.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record in sales or business development, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Basic computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
