Implementation Consultant Job Opportunity

The position of Implementation Consultant plays a vital role in supporting the Implementation Manager in achieving departmental KPIs through effective provision of consulting and implementation services to clients. As an expert in this field, you will be responsible for defining client requirements, conducting gap analyses, documenting, building, and configuring outcomes that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop executable plans with internal and external stakeholders, considering both functional and technical work streams.
  • Provide best-practice solutions based on customer-defined business needs and rules.
  • Implement products and associated services within required timeframes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Analyse risks, problems, and opportunities, establishing priorities and efficiently allocating resources for resolutions.
  • Apply project methodology, ensuring planning, follow-up, reporting, and quality assurance.
  • Review progress against specified criteria, developing corrective action as needed.
  • Successfully communicate at all levels of seniority and display personal integrity and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer service experience in implementation/service delivery environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementation environments with an excellent understanding of payroll, applications, and processing.
  • Project management methodology experience with proven success in previous roles.
  • Understanding of ADP management systems or corporate enterprise reporting systems.
  • Experience in building and configuring products/systems.
  • Ability to identify client risks and provide resolution options.
  • Proven experience in data mapping, conversion, and integrity.
  • Advance understanding of interface technologies and data exchange between payroll and third-party systems.
  • Microsoft application experience including MS Project, Word, and Excel.
