Key to the organisation's success lies in the effective utilisation of data-driven insights. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Insights Partner to provide actionable intelligence and enhance decision-making capabilities through the delivery of business analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing advanced analytics strategies to address complex challenges and opportunities, and conducting in-depth analyses to identify trends, patterns and optimisation areas
  • Designing, developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, SSMS and Report Builder
  • Identifying inefficiencies and recommending data-driven solutions to streamline organisational workflows while monitoring key performance indicators to track progress and highlight areas for improvement
  • Facilitating workshops and presentations to align stakeholders on strategic insights and priorities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and priorities and leverage data for strategic enhancement
Selection Criteria
  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to deliver clear, targeted and impactful user experience reports
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SSMA and Report Builder
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
