Business Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a Business Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a Business Solutions Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to analyse their business requirements and evaluate solutions to meet their needs efficiently.

  • Assist clients in defining their business requirements.
  • Support clients with their business issues and improvement initiatives.
  • Utilise your skills to perform gap analysis between customer requirements and the capabilities of our software.
  • Assess, strategize, and manage deployments within the business applications team.
  • Design, implement, and deliver solutions to optimise business functions and enhance client experiences.
  • Create change requests where enhancements are required.
  • Work with resources to ensure clients maximise value from our system.
  • Help clients simplify, optimise, and modernise their business applications.
  • Contribute to the development of product reference databases and identify internal developments for our software.

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent full-time or part-time employment.
  • Office location: Australia-wide.
  • Occasional business travel.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in technology consulting or similar field.
  • Experience in design and implementation of business systems, specifically our CES, CI, and CIA products.
  • Preferred qualifications: TechnologyOne Financials, HRP, Enterprise Asset Management/Project Lifecycle Management, or Property and Rating Skills.
  • Documenting functional specifications and requirements artifacts.
  • Analyse customers' requirements and advise on how best to leverage our software investment.
  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
  • Strong relationships with clients.
  • TechnologyOne technical skills (e.g. XLOne Reporting, BPA's).
  • Deliver customer training.
  • Alignment with our company values.
  • Self-motivation, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Drive for continuous improvement.
  • Tertiary qualification in any related field.
