Job Title: Atlassian Solutions Expert

The role of an Atlassian Solutions Expert involves working collaboratively to deliver value-driven solutions for clients across various sectors. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be a problem solver, and have demonstrable expertise in Atlassian products.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with teams to solve complex problems and deliver solutions for clients in both Atlassian Cloud and Data Center products.
  • Developing expertise in Atlassian products through ongoing accreditations and certifications.
  • Supporting the billing team in quoting and renewing client licenses and subscriptions.
  • Leading client engagements to identify needs and deliver effective outcomes.
  • Managing client satisfaction and project outcomes for success.
  • Implementing solutions for clients on premises and remotely.
  • Patching, support, and troubleshooting of mission-critical Atlassian systems.

About You:

  • Australian Citizen with the ability to maintain an AGSVA NV1 Defence Security Clearance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • A problem solver.
  • Ability to work well in teams and client-facing roles.
  • Demonstrable expertise in Atlassian products (Cloud and Data Center).
  • Expertise in customizing Atlassian products to meet requirements.
  • Strong technical background in underlying technologies such as Linux OS, PostgreSQL, Docker, or AWS Services.
  • Coding experience favored (Java, API integrations, Groovy).
  • Ability to work within Government and Industry clients and environments.
