Job Title: Business Solutions Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with expertise in stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, and solution evaluation to contribute to the development and delivery of business solutions that drive growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage business and technical requirements.
  • Analyze stakeholder needs and expectations.
  • Conduct interviews and lead workshops to gather and refine requirements.
  • Specify, prioritize, and validate requirements with stakeholders.
  • Evaluate feasibility and explore solutions, including data modeling and risk management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience building stakeholder relationships across all levels.
  • Knowledge of Business Analysis methodologies and BABOK best practices.
  • Broad IT experience in Application Development, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Vendor Management, and Quality Assurance.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (highly desirable).
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business/Information Systems or IT (highly desirable).
  • Experience in the Transport industry (highly desirable).
