Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership to the kitchen team

  • Communicate effectively with staff and other departments
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or relevant equivalent
  • Over two years of chef experience or an equivalent combination of education and culinary experience
  • Current food safety certification and fluency in English

As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for providing support to the Executive Chef and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.
