Job Title: Executive Kitchen Manager

Job Summary:

As an Executive Kitchen Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a busy hotel kitchen. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality and consistency in food production, while maintaining control over costs and inventory.

  • Lead a team of chefs and cooks to prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and implement recipes and menus that meet guest expectations and company guidelines.
  • Ensure all food safety protocols are followed and maintained.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Applicants should have completed a minimum of Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or relevant equivalent, along with over two years of chef experience or an equivalent combination of education and culinary experience.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment preparing and cooking high-quality dishes.
  • Current food safety certification.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
