Our team is passionate about delivering an unforgettable dining experience. We're looking for a skilled Sous Chef to join our kitchen crew.
The Role- Prepare high-quality dishes while maintaining impeccable food safety standards.
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.
- Work collaboratively with the senior team to achieve exceptional service standards.
This full-time role includes nights, weekends, and public holidays. You'll work closely with our experienced chefs and be part of a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Execute food preparation with precision and consistency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all NSW Food Safety regulations.
- Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and staff performance.
- Contribute to menu development and recipe creation.
- Lead and mentor junior kitchen staff, promoting a positive and inclusive culture.
- A minimum 2 years of experience as a sous chef or equivalent in a high-volume kitchen.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
