We are seeking a Full-Time Commis Chef to join our fast-paced working environment at Sydney International Lounges.

The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality, specifically in kitchen operations, high-pressure environments, and luxury settings. They must also possess a genuine love for making others feel welcome and a willingness to work as part of a team.

Assisting in the preparation of ingredients, executing cooking techniques, following established recipes, and ensuring kitchen safety rules and guidelines are followed are key responsibilities of the Commis Chef.

A minimum Cert IV cookery trade qualification, ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster, and full Australian working rights are required for this role.
