Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a qualification in commercial cookery and at least one year of experience in a similar role. They will be able to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays and demonstrate a professional appearance representing the hotel's brand.

  • Demonstrate exceptional cooking skills and attention to detail in all aspects of kitchen operations.
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and hotel standards.
  • Work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualification in Commercial Cookery.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role.
  • A genuine passion for gastronomy and the art of creating unique dining experiences.
  • Able to work a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays.
  • A professional appearance representing the hotel's brand.
