About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling: Ensure optimal resource allocation to deliver high-quality member experiences.
  • Real-time Analysis/Management: Monitor intra-day performance using workforce management tools and technology, implementing real-time adjustments to staff coverage.
  • Forecasting: Assist with short-term forecasting and develop long-term techniques to inform strategic objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in contact centre or administration roles, with a strong understanding of operational performance metrics and workforce planning.
  • Familiarity with workforce management tools, terminology, and data analysis capabilities.
  • A balanced approach to risk-taking, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
