Key qualifications for this role include:

  • A proven track record of successfully navigating complex industry sales cycles, leveraging internal resources and cross-functional teams to achieve results.
  • Strong presentation skills, enabling effective communication with senior-level decision-makers and the ability to convey value proposition to clients.
  • Existing relationships within the industry, including partnerships that foster growth and collaboration.
  • Ability to align customer goals and objectives with the value proposition, driving business outcomes and accelerating client success.
  • Strategic mindset, with a focus on urgency, diligence, and determination, operating within a collaborative environment.

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • At least 10-15 years of direct selling experience and a minimum of 5 years in Energy & Resources as an Enterprise Account Executive, with a proven track record of quota achievement.
  • Consistent history of landing new customer logos and demonstrating strong industry network within the customer and partner base.
  • Long-term job tenure, showcasing loyalty and perseverance through stable job history and positive career trajectory.
