In this role, you will:

  • Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Participate in dynamic teams to drive innovation and improve financial reporting capabilities

About the Team

The team operates out of Sydney and Melbourne Corporate Office and travels to the sites they support when required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes
  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
  • Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses
  • Experience working with stakeholders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
  • Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence
