Network Manager Lead

  • Contribute to optimizing our vendor network for exceptional service delivery across recyclable material collection, processing, and transport.

Visy is at the forefront of the circular economy, working tirelessly to close the loop between packaging, recycling, and remanufacturing. We believe materials are not truly recycled until they're transformed into something new—and it all begins with Visy Recycling.

We collect and sort recyclable materials like paper, cardboard, glass, plastics, and metals from households and businesses, then locally remanufacture them back into new sustainable packaging.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining a high-performing vendor network that supports the collection, processing, and transport of recyclable materials.

  • Develop and maintain a high-performing vendor network aligned with Visy's pillars of Safety, Service, and Cost.
  • Analyse and negotiate optimal commercial and service outcomes.
  • Resolve conflicts and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct site/vendor visits to ensure service quality and compliance.
  • Drive network optimisation and formalise agreements through contract execution.
  • Champion safety compliance and environmental standards.

Mandatory skills include:

  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • SAP and Excel proficiency.
  • Experience in the waste or recycling industry.
