About This Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of our cost optimization framework. This is a senior position focused on driving key decisions within the business.
Job Description- Develop and execute a comprehensive cost optimization strategy to drive financial efficiency across programs, colleges, and portfolios.
- Drive a deep understanding of cost structures to support strategic financial planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with finance and operational teams to deliver insights into cost reduction opportunities and resource allocation.
- Leverage technology and analytics to stay up-to-date with modern modelling tools and systems.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated significant experience contributing effectively at a senior Finance level in complex organizations undergoing growth and transformation.
- Excellent accounting principles and standards, technical financial competency with analytical expertise working with large volumes of data.
- Influential leadership skills with experience leading and implementing large-scale transformational initiatives.
- Well-developed resource and people management/leadership skills, including ability to build effective high-performance teams.
