MARS Recruitment is partnering with a leading fashion retailer to find a Customer Relationship Manager to join their team.

The role is responsible for developing and implementing customer-led strategies to maximize sales and profitability through acquisition, retention, and personalization programs in key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and deliver CRM and personalization strategies to maximize customer loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer to align CRM and loyalty initiatives with business objectives.
  • Manage the loyalty value proposition, program, and end-to-end customer experience.
  • Develop and implement automated email campaigns to engage customers.
  • Integrate loyalty and personalization strategies within brand communications.
  • Monitor and report on CRM and automated email campaign performance.
  • Develop new automated customer emails from ideation to launch, working with analytics and IT teams.
  • Conduct A/B testing and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance.
  • Use customer insights to inform customer email strategy and planning.
  • Identify opportunities to reward and recognize loyal customers.
  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership on CRM and loyalty performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in a CRM role within a retail environment.
  • Proven experience using data analytics tools to uncover insights.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and email campaign setup.
  • Prior experience managing CRM campaigns and 1:1 personalization.
  • Loyalty program experience is a plus.
  • Experience in customer lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders.

  • Based in Richmond, Victoria.
  • Reporting to the Head of Customer Strategy & Insights.
  • Permanent full-time position.
