Key Responsibilities
- Trading and Inventory Management
- Develop and implement strategic trading plans to drive sales growth and minimize risks.
- Manage inventory levels to meet sales forecasts and optimize stock turnover.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Provide regular sales and stock performance reports to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities and risks, and make recommendations to maximize sales and minimize losses.
- Category Management
- Develop and implement category strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
- Work closely with buyers to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ad-Hoc Projects and Process Improvement
- Lead and participate in ad-hoc projects to improve merchandising processes and systems.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Merchandise Planning role.
- Experience in e-commerce and fashion retail is essential.
- Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
