Key Responsibilities

• Trading and Inventory Management
  • Develop and implement strategic trading plans to drive sales growth and minimize risks.
  • Manage inventory levels to meet sales forecasts and optimize stock turnover.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting
  • Provide regular sales and stock performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities and risks, and make recommendations to maximize sales and minimize losses.
• Category Management
  • Develop and implement category strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
  • Work closely with buyers to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ad-Hoc Projects and Process Improvement
  • Lead and participate in ad-hoc projects to improve merchandising processes and systems.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Merchandise Planning role.
  • Experience in e-commerce and fashion retail is essential.
