MARS Recruitment is partnering with a leading fashion retailer to find a Customer Relationship Manager to join their team.
The role is responsible for developing and implementing customer-led strategies to maximize sales and profitability through acquisition, loyalty, retention, and personalization programs in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and deliver CRM and personalization strategies to maximize loyalty and retention
- Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer to align CRM and loyalty initiatives with business objectives
- Manage the loyalty value proposition, program, and end-to-end customer experience
- Develop and implement automated email campaigns to engage customers
- Integrate loyalty and personalization strategies within brand communications
- Monitor and report on CRM and automated email campaign performance
- Develop new automated customer emails from ideation to launch, working with the Analytics and IT teams to set up and implement
- Conduct A/B testing within campaigns and audience targeting
- Use customer insights to inform customer email strategy and planning
- Identify opportunities to reward and recognize loyal customers to retain their loyalty
- Monitor CRM and loyalty performance metrics and update the executive leadership team
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of experience in a CRM role within a retail environment
- Experience using data analytics tools to uncover insights
- Prior experience with marketing automation platforms and setting up email campaigns
- Prior experience managing CRM campaigns and 1:1 personalization
- Loyalty program experience is desirable
- Experience in customer lifecycle management
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders
