About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Manual Tester to join our Agile team at Verse Group. As a Manual Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our CRM project integrations. If you have a strong background in manual testing, particularly in CRM projects and platform integrations, and are comfortable working in a collaborative environment, this could be an excellent fit for you.

About You:

We are looking for a dedicated Manual Tester with at least 5 years of experience, ideally 7+ years, particularly in heavy manual testing environments. You should be comfortable working as the sole tester in a collaborative Agile team. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential. Familiarity with Jira and a willingness to learn Azure DevOps is necessary. The ability to maintain focus and accuracy under tight deadlines is crucial.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in manual testing, especially in CRM project integrations, preferably with Oracle Service Cloud and Salesforce.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira (and willingness to learn Azure DevOps).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Active participation in Agile ceremonies such as Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Effective collaboration with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure thorough testing of integrations.
