• Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and maximize sales.
• Category Planning: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and risks, and develop category plans to drive business growth.
• Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis to stakeholders on sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including buyers, suppliers, and logistics teams, to ensure seamless execution of inventory management plans.
• Ad-hoc Projects: Participate in ad-hoc projects to improve inventory management processes, identify areas for cost savings, and implement process improvements.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a Merchandise Planning role, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and advanced Excel skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
