Job Summary

The CRM Lead is a key member of our Digital Marketing team, responsible for developing and executing campaigns and automations across Email, SMS, Loyalty, and Push. This role requires a strong understanding of customer behavioral insights and the ability to drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute CRM campaigns across all LSKD domains, ensuring maximum impact and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Merchandise, Product, and Marketing, to maximize forward planning opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Identify and implement campaign and flow AB testing opportunities to lift CVR and CLV.
  • Work closely with the Community Experience team to manage Top Tier loyalty member experiences and provide exceptional community engagement.
  • Maximize learnings from tools to target high-value community segments and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure the GTM provides our App with maximum opportunity to support our Loyalty program.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar CRM/Digital Marketing role.
  • Proven results in developing and executing email campaigns and running loyalty programs.
  • Experience communicating and interacting with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Passionate and willing to be constantly learning and growing.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
