Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate CRM Marketing Specialist to join our Global Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our data-driven marketing efforts, leveraging insights to build and execute CRM campaigns and sales initiatives. These initiatives play a crucial role in strengthening our customer relationships, optimizing automation processes, and ultimately driving significant business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Operations
- Develop and implement customer data acquisition, enrichment, and retention initiatives to enhance customer engagement, in line with marketing and business objectives.
- Lead the development and deployment of complex and dynamic data-driven email marketing campaigns.
- Build and manage nurturing campaigns in our CRM tool (Creatio) that drive prospects and customers through the marketing and sales funnel ensuring high conversion rates.
- Develop customer journeys, automated email workflows, and identify new opportunities for automated email segment targeting to further enhance engagement.
- Identify gaps in the customer journey and work with key stakeholders to create and test new initiatives.
- Develop and optimize triggered campaigns including marketing automation processes for customer segments.
- Collaborate with sales to align CRM efforts to drive revenue.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize CRM processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop feedback mechanisms (ex. surveys/reviews) to gather insights and improve customer experiences.
- Develop strategies and campaigns to cross-sell and upsell products or services to existing customers.
- Continuously refine customer segmentation strategies and personalize marketing efforts.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on the performance of CRM campaigns, providing insights on key metrics, success rates, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities, providing actionable insights.
- Implement A/B testing to drive landing page, lead collection, and email performance optimization, and other techniques to optimize user experience, conversion rates, and other campaign metrics.
- Establish systematic processes for collecting, analyzing, and acting upon customer feedback received through surveys, reviews, and other channels.
- Stay updated on CRM software advancements and evaluate potential new tools or features that could enhance CRM capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Three (3) to five (5) years' experience in marketing, including two (2) to three (3) years of hands-on experience with CRM.
- Proven experience in CRM marketing with a strong track record of delivering results including segmentation strategies and targeted messaging within CRM campaigns.
- Experience with CRM systems and tools (knowledge of Creatio, an asset).
- Experience in developing and implementing CRM strategies, incl. automation workflows.
- Strong passion for data management and creating customer journey campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Experience with digital marketing, e-commerce, and campaign management, an asset.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable in fast-paced working conditions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel) required.
- Excellent communication skills; fluent French and English (oral & written) required.
- Bonus: knowledge of pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry.
