About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Rural Products Sales Representative to join our Ballarat team on a permanent full-time basis. As an Elders Rural Sales Expert, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, recommending our range of products and services to strengthen their business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert product knowledge and customer service to meet their needs
  • Proactively source new business opportunities to achieve KPIs and targets
  • Support inventory management, including stocktake and dispatch
  • Process sales and perform sales quotes

About You

  • You are comfortable working in a collaborative environment and are passionate about making a real difference for your clients and community
  • You have technical seasonal and rural products knowledge to support clients
  • You have a proven track record in sales, including retail skills or a willingness to learn and develop sales skills
  • You have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients
  • You have a driver's license and a forklift license is preferred, but we can support you to obtain one
