Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at 4WD Supacentre. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet their expectations.
- Assist with store operations, including stock replenishment and processing sales through the POS system.
- Support the achievement of individual and store sales targets.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Proven success in exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience with a strong focus on sales and customer service.
- Availability to work a Wednesday to Sunday roster.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
