The Role

We are seeking a Rural Products Sales Representative to join our Ballarat team on a permanent full-time basis. As an Elders Rural Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, recommending our range of products and services to strengthen their business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert product knowledge and customer service to meet their needs
  • Proactively source new business opportunities to achieve KPIs and targets
  • Support inventory management, including stocktake and dispatch
  • Process sales and perform sales quotes

About You

  • You are comfortable working in a collaborative environment and thrive on building strong relationships with clients
  • You are passionate about making a real impact for your clients and community
  • You have technical knowledge of seasonal and rural products to support clients
  • You have a proven track record in sales, including retail skills or a willingness to learn and develop sales skills
  • You are able to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients
  • You have a driver's license, and a forklift license is preferred but not essential
