The Role
We are seeking a skilled Rural Products Sales Representative to join our Ballarat team on a permanent full-time basis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, recommending our range of products and services to strengthen their business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to clients
- Proactively source new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Support inventory management, including stocktake and dispatch
- Process sales and perform sales quotes
About You
- You are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for agriculture and customer service
- You have a proven track record in sales, with a strong understanding of retail skills and a willingness to learn and develop your skills further
- You are comfortable working in a collaborative environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You have a driver's license and a forklift license (or are willing to obtain one)
- HR Truck license is an advantage
